Realizzato’s First Signature Coffee Liqueur Cocktail Competition

The Challenge
We want you to craft the first signature cocktail using Realizzato Coffee Liqueur. Think bold flavours, inventive presentations, and a story worth telling. This competition is about celebrating your individuality and imaginative style as much as it is about the drink itself.
How to Enter
1. Pick Up a Bottle
You must register first at hello@realizzato.co.uk giving your full name, mobile number and email address, individually or work representation and collect your complimentary bottle of Realizzato Coffee Liqueur at our official launch event on Monday, 7th April 2025, between 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm, at the Brighton Dome. The bottle is yours to keep and use when creating your original cocktail masterpiece.
2. Create Your Recipe. Develop a unique cocktail featuring Realizzato Coffee Liqueur as the star ingredient. Give it a name and an intriguing backstory—explain how you came up with the idea and the inspiration behind it.
3. Show Us the Magic. Submit three (3) pictures of your finished drink. Film a short video demonstrating how you make your cocktail. Include your complete recipe and step-by-step instructions.
4. Highlight Your Flair. Be sure to showcase your personality and style. Feel free to get creative with garnishes, glassware, or mixing techniques—anything that sets you and your cocktail apart from the rest.
Important Details
- Who Can Enter? This competition is open exclusively to professional bartenders and mixologists. You may enter individually or on behalf of the bar or hotel you work in.
- Only one entry is allowed per professional bartender or mixologist.
- Representing Your Workplace If you’re happy to represent your bar or hotel, please ensure your establishment is willing to be featured on our website and social media channels.
- Judging Criteria. Creativity and originality, Presentation and visual appeal. Taste and balance of flavours. Use of Realizzato Coffee Liqueur as a key ingredient.
